About Nicole Giguere
10+ years ago Nicole Giguere joined a custom residential building and development company servicing the Greater Lansing Area. Starting as an executive assistant and public notary she established a unique set of skills helping clients understand the construction loan and building process, helping modify floor plans to meet clients' needs, helping clients pick interior/exterior home selections to fit the personality and style the homeowners desire when entering their home.After a short period of time, Nicole was encouraged to pursue her real estate career by family and friends with backgrounds in mortgage lending, building, and real estate. Once licensed, Nicole joined forces with Coldwell Banker Hubbell Briarwood’s Seguin/Sprague Team, a top 10 team for the company. As of January 20th, 2023, a team of 5, has moved to RE/MAX Real Estate Professionals to continue helping customer build, buy, sell and stage their home.
Nicole applies her 7+ previous years in owning a business and years of observing in the field to the customer experience. She is dedicated to expanding her knowledge to better service her clients in purchasing and selling existing homes, finding vacant land, and guiding people through building their custom homes.
